The challenge lies in the discrepancy between the user profile identified during initial research and the actual clients. Moreover, users tended to abandon the purchase flow at the first step. Given the lack of time to initiate another user research process, our team opted for a guerrilla test outside the busiest bank agencies in Lima to "pre-select" potential users. Addressing these issues will require a strategic approach to align the user profile and optimize the purchase flow for enhanced user engagement and conversion.
